It is a co-design journey that takes shape from listening and is realised through four-handed design. Every challenge is unique, and so is our way of facing it.

Developing customised variants of our existing products? We already do that. But the Engineering Service can offer much more. It means inventing what doesn’t yet exist, creating entirely new components capable of meeting specific challenges. It is the result of our experience with high-performance impact wrenches, which has taught us to understand the extreme stresses that components and vehicles are subjected to.

From concept to after-sales

Prototyping

Our R&D team transforms the idea into a prototype. From the creation of the digital 3D model utilising CAD software, to material selection. From components’ optimisation to FEM analysis — which simulates stress and loads to test the design.

Production

The prototype becomes a finished product thanks to advanced technologies capable of producing even highly complex parts. Employing state of the art machineries and special treatments, we guarantee uncompromised performance.

Quality control

Every component undergoes rigorous inspections by a specialised team to ensure the highest quality standards and perfect performance in any condition.

Maintenance

After the purchase, we stand by our customers with a scheduled maintenance programme and prompt support in case of anomalies to ensure efficiency and operational continuity.

Drop Shift

Born for Indycar pit lanes, where every second counts and the impact wrench literally flies to the ground during tyre changes, the Drop Shift is an automatic rotation-reversal system. Installed on the back of the wrench, it speeds up mechanics’ operations during pit stops. The challenge? Withstand repeated and extreme impacts. The answer? Absolute strength and uncompromising reliability.

Wheel nut

Born from racing experience and designed to meet teams’ needs, the wheel nut is a crucial component on the car. It operates at extreme speeds, it is subjected to continuous loads and it must always ensure perfect wheel fastening. The challenge? Combine strength and safety with racing-level performance. The answer? High-performance materials and precise engineering for total reliability.

Wheel hub

Custom-designed for motorsport applications, the wheel hub is a key vehicle component: it rotates constantly with the wheel, facing extreme stresses on every corner. The challenge? Guarantee maximum reliability and stability at a critical point on which driver safety depends. The answer? Precision engineering and rigorous testing at every stage of the production.
