The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and managing the company’s entire portfolio of certifications (including ISO 9001, EN 9100, and other system certifications). The role requires rigorous operational management of audits and documentation, combined with the ability to actively support the development of company processes, with a specific focus on the Aerospace sector (EN 9100).
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Complete management and maintenance of existing system certifications.
- Planning and execution of internal audits and management of third-party audits.
- Support for business development through the implementation and optimization of processes related to the EN 9100 standard.
- Monitoring of regulatory compliance across the various operational sectors (Motorsport, Automotive, Industry).
MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
Education: Degree in technical-scientific disciplines (STEM).
Experience: At least 5 years of proven experience specifically within the EN 9100 framework.
Languages: Fluent Italian and English (written and spoken, B2 level or higher).
Driving License: Category B.
Soft Skills: Excellent ability to integrate and collaborate effectively within a team.
Availability: Available for occasional business trips.
