The role requires rigorous operational management of audits and documentation, combined with the ability to actively support the development of company processes, with a specific focus on the Aerospace sector (EN 9100). <\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Complete management and maintenance of existing system certifications.<\/li>\n<li>Planning and execution of internal audits and management of third-party audits.<\/li>\n<li>Support for business development through the implementation and optimization of processes related to the EN 9100 standard.<\/li>\n<li>Monitoring of regulatory compliance across the various operational sectors (Motorsport, Automotive, Industry).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Education:<\/strong> Degree in technical-scientific disciplines (STEM).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Experience:<\/strong> At least 5 years of proven experience specifically within the EN 9100 framework.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Languages:<\/strong> Fluent Italian and English (written and spoken, B2 level or higher).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Driving License:<\/strong> Category B.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Soft Skills:<\/strong> Excellent ability to integrate and collaborate effectively within a team.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Availability:<\/strong> Available for occasional business trips.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>OFFER DETAILS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Location:<\/strong> Reggio Emilia, Italy.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Contract:<\/strong> Full-time.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em>*This announcement is addressed to both sexes, pursuant to Italian laws 903\/77 and 125\/91, and to people of all ages and all nationalities, pursuant to Italian legislative decrees 215\/03 and 216\/03.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and managing the company\u2019s entire portfolio of certifications (including ISO 9001, EN 9100, and other system certifications).
